Dr. Craig Sande Elected ACG Governor

Dr. Craig M. Sande of Gastroenterology Consultants, Ltd., has been elected to a 3-year term as Nevada Governor for the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). As the Nevada Governor, Dr. Sande will play an essential role in communicating the ACG's messages to and from local and state ACG members, patients, physicians, managed care organizations and policymakers. Dr. Sande is one of 73 Governors elected across 7 regions in the United States and abroad. The mission of the American College of Gastroenterology is to advance the scientific study and medical practice of gastrointestinal diseases. Members of the College are presented with the most up-to-date scientific information on digestive health and treatment of GI disorders. Over 10,000 physicians throughout the world are members of the ACG.
Dr. Sande received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a board-certified gastroenterologist in Reno, Nevada, and President and CEO of Gastroenterology Consultants, Ltd.
