Dr. Craig Sande Demonstrates Support For New Screen Act

DR. CRAIG SANDE DEMONSTRATES SUPPORT FOR NEW SCREEN ACT

Reno, NV June 15, 2009 — Dr. Craig Sande, Nevada Governor for the Ameri- can College of Gastroenterology (ACG), recently attended the ACG’s Gover- nors’ Fly-In and met with several representatives in Washington DC, including Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, to encourage their support and involvement with new legislation entitled Support Colorectal Cancer Examination and Edu- cation Now (SCREEN) Act. The goal of this legislation is to reduce barriers for proper colorectal cancer screening and increase access to life saving colono- scopy examinations.

Dr. Sande is the President and CEO of Gastroenterology Consultants, Ltd., and located at the Reno-North office.
