I am a Nevada native from Fallon, have a comprehensive academic background and a deep commitment to patient care. I earned my Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Nevada, Reno, reflecting my dedication to advancing my knowledge and skills in the field of nursing.

My interest in the medical profession was sparked by a wilderness medicine course I took while working as a camp counselor at a summer camp in Colorado. This pivotal experience led me to pursue a nursing career, where I have since gained extensive experience across various nursing specialties. I am passionate about creating a safe and trusting environment for my patients, understanding that strong relationships are essential for effective health management and healing.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish the natural beauty of Northern Nevada, where I enjoy camping with my husband, two young children, and our dog. I also enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, and natural hot springs. I find joy in cooking, creating art, and spending time outdoors, embracing the Sierra Nevada's scenic landscapes and vibrant activities.
